New insights into organization, structure and dynamics of new materials as well as biological systems can only be achieved by developing innovative analytical (measuring) procedures. The knowledge gained that way is an essential requirement for a deeper understanding of model systems; it requires and underlies a continuous process of optimization.

The scientific works done at ISAS extend to all levels of developing new techniques – from fundamental research to prototype manufacturing. Learn more about our research topics and projects on the following pages.
